San Jacinto Monument - San Janciinto Monument located in La Porte outside of Houston Texas. The monument was consructed ibegan n 1836 it is 567 ft with a 34 foot star. The monument is topped with a 220-ton star that commemorates the site of the Battle of San Jacinto . All of this is part of the Battle of San Jacinto which is a historic landmark. From the observation deck you can see the ship channel and the Battleship of Texas.This is located in Harris county in the Houston ship channel in La Porte Texas. Also available as bw and vertical.
